"I have been training with Jakub for 5 months now and I always enjoy our sessions. He is a great trainer, and since Ive been training with him I haven’t had any injuries (Ive had injuries in the past with other trainers Ive trained with). Jakub helped me get ready for a recent bikini competition where I only had 4 weeks to prepare, he really listens to what I want to achieve and what I enjoy and don’t enjoy doing and ensures that our sessions incorporate my feedback.
