"My weight has fluctuated most of my life – I would go from 89kg up to 107kg.

After getting into training as a career, I managed to completely transform my own body from bulky; into lean, fit, shredded & happy with my appearance. Over a 12 month period I managed to drop 14% body fat, and I gained around 8kg in lean muscle mass.

My main focus now is maintaining my physique for professional competitions. In 2014 I placed twice in 3rd place for “Mens Physique” competition with the IFBB – Australasia and National.

At the moment I’m maintaining my physique with around 10% to 12% body fat and focusing on next years competitions."
