Chia pudding – gluten free, dairy free, vegan friendly

  • 200grams Chia
  • 1 Can Coconut Cream
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Xylitol or Sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tps Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbs Cacao
Method: 

Place chia seeds in a container (airtight) and empty the coconut cream and 1 cup almond milk  then stir. Once combined add the sweetener, vanilla and cacao powder and stir till combined. Put lid on the container and leave in fridge overnight. Next day add the other cup of almond milk, stir and serve 🙂

HINT: Serve with blueberries, coconut or any other topping of your choice.
