I was born June 16th, 1983 in Celadna, Czech Republic. At the age of 8, I began playing sports including basketball, football, ice hockey, skiing, and snowboarding.
By the time I was 15 most of my time was invested playing 1st grade Junior League Basketball and studying to be a chef through hospitality. After graduating when I was 20 I pursued my love of travel and spent the next 5 years traveling the UK before moving to Australia.Using my experience, studies and passion for nutrition and fitness I started working as a personal trainer at Fitness First Bond St, where I have been for the last 5 years focussing on working with my clients to help them achieve the best version of themselves.
Today my key focuses are weight loss and muscle building training including bodybuilding and physique competitions. I have used my experience competing and placing 3rd twice in the IFBB Physique nationals in 2014, to help my clients train and prepare mentally and physically for several body building competitions.I have combined my love of fitness, food and my experience as a chef to ensure my clients take a wholistic approach to health and fitness to ensure they achieve their goals
